By creating an account or using No Boundaries Play (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service contains adult, sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. You represent that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that accessing adult content is legal where you are. You must complete the age attestation at sign-up. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate termination.
You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
The Service has free and paid ("premium") tiers. During the introductory/launch period some or all premium features may be free; we will give notice before charging begins. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
For paid events, rentals ("PNB"), and listings we act as an intermediary and charge a commission. We are not the organizer, host, or a party to any booking between members. Hosts and guests are solely responsible for their listings, conduct, safety, legality, taxes, and permits.
You keep ownership of content you upload and grant [[LEGAL ENTITY]] a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you own or have rights to your content, that every identifiable person in it is 18+ and consented, and that it violates no law or third-party right.
No content depicting anyone under 18; no non-consensual, trafficked, or exploitative content; no harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, or fraud; no uploading another person's images without consent; no scraping, attacks, or circumventing access controls; no unlawful use. See the Community Guidelines.
We do not run background checks and do not verify members' statements. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for meeting anyone in person.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Private messages are private; we do not read them in the ordinary course of operating the Service, and access is restricted at the database level.
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service. Disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [[LEGAL ENTITY]] IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR MEMBER INTERACTIONS, EVENTS, OR BOOKINGS, AND TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.
